Crisis Support Services of Alameda County provides support for people who may be feeling suicidal or in mental health distress. You can call them 24 hours/day on their suicide hotline at 1-800-309-2131.
The National Suicide Prevention Hotline is available 24 hours/day: 1-800-273-8255. Anyone living in Alameda County can text SAFE to 20121 4:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m. 7 days a week. There are no costs for this services (except possibly from phone carrier for texts.)
