Tech Exchange

Tech Exchange provides our community with free and low-cost computers, tech support, digital skills, and assistance with internet access. We accept donations of used computers that are then refurbished by our staff, interns, and volunteers at our Oakland, CA warehouse. Devices are distributed to the public through our Bay Area programs, at our Oakland TecHub, and through our online store. Special device and installation solutions are available for nonprofits and small businesses.

All devices come with a one-year warranty and free tech support.

Service is available in-person at the TecHub and virtually through our call center, in English, Spanish, Mandarin, Cantonese, Korean and Mam. We also offer digital skills classes, affordable internet signups and other events, and other resources.
