VIDAS provides competent and compassionate legal immigration advocacy at no or low cost to clients.

VIDAS was founded on the belief that there should be no second class. Everyone deserves access to health, justice, and full participation in community, regardless of status. Through dedicated advocacy in the courtroom and the community, we are building immigrant economic and political power across the north bay and beyond.

VIDAS has five offices in the Northern Bay Area (our staff is English-Spanish Bilingual).
