Alameda County Medical Center Eastmont Wellness provides Refugee Health Screening Services in Alameda County as well as ongoing primary care for adults and children.
Eastmont Wellness is one of four Alameda Health System Wellness Centers serving as neighborhood medical homes delivering personalized diagnostic, wellness and preventive care. Caregivers offer comprehensive, culturally appropriate services, information and resources for healthier living.
Our team works with refugees who need health services. We are available for adults, children, and families, and provide translators for many languages.
