Monterey County Immigrant Services Network of Empowerment (CISNE)

Monterey County Immigrant Services Network of Empowerment (CISNE)

The Monterey County Immigrant Services Network of Empowerment (CISNE) serves immigrant and vulnerable communities by establishing access and trust through a collaborative approach of networking, information sharing, and partnering to serve their multicultural, all-inclusive needs.

CISNE hosts monthly forums for agencies and organizations to address issues, make connections and hold agencies accountable. CISNE empowers community members with timely, relevant information so they can advocate for immigrant families and individuals in our community.

CISNE is a collaboration of organizations serving immigrants. We are neutral, impartial, grassroots and apolitical. Our committee is led by volunteer community members from the following groups:

  • American Red Cross

  • Natividad

  • UFW Foundation

  • Monterey County Office of Education — Migrant Education

  • Hartnell College

Monterey County offers a wide range of government and community assistance programs to help our immigrant community. https://www.montereycisne.org/community-resources
