California Health Collaborative

The California Health Collaborative is committed to addressing the health needs of Californians with special emphasis on underserved communities with limited access to resources or who face barriers related to culture, language, income, education, gender, geography or immigration status. To be as effective as possible, our services are culturally responsive and trauma-informed. The Collaborative has led over 75 Regional & Statewide Programs. These programs have led to changes in policies, systems and environments, elevated community voices, addressed barriers to accessing health resources, and enhanced the well-being of youth and adults through services centered on healing and whole-person care.
