Asian Pacific Islander Legal Outreach (API Legal Outreach) is a non-profit promoting the development, empowerment, and self-reliance of the community through providing culturally competent legal, social, and educational services. API Legal Outreach's mission is to provide culturally competent and linguistically appropriate legal representation, social services, and advocacy for the most marginalized segments of the community including low-income women, seniors, recent immigrants, and youth.

Banteay Srei is a youth development, asset building organization that is non-judgmental of young Southeast Asian women who are at risk of being or engaged in the underground sex trade. We seek to provide the resources that support their healthy development through self empowerment and self determination.

The International Rescue Committee (IRC) in Oakland's programs are designed to ensure that you, as a refugee, thrive in America--whether ensuring your children are enrolled in school, you as an adult is become self-reliant through employment or starting businesses, or families are receiving acute medical care you need to recover from trauma or illness. If you are in need, the IRC will help you to rebuild your life and regain control of your future in your new home community.
