Diablo Adult School's English as a Second Language (ESL) program teaches essential English skills for successful learning and living and provides a welcoming, safe, supportive, and engaging learning environment. All ESL teachers are credentialed instructors. Students learn English and improve communication skills in order to achieve personal, educational, and career goals.
English as a Second Language (ESL) and Citizenship – Martinez Institute of English (Martinez Adult Education)
Martinez Institute of English (MIE), located at Martinez Adult Education (MAE), provides literacy education and citizenship preparation in a safe, supportive environment. MIE offers both day and evening English as a Second Language (ESL) classes in multiple levels (from Literacy to Advanced). In addition, we offer ESL Communication Skills, ESL Writing, ESL Computer Applications and U.S. Citizenship Preparation classes.
